Toronto Metropolitan University: Fashion x Landmade Speaker Series

On March 14th, 2025, Wave Weir spoke to a full house at Toronto Metropolitan University in the Fashion x Landmade Speaker Series.
The speaker series is part of an annual Farmed Fibre Market which brings fibre farmers to Toronto so that urban makers, crafters and creators can deal directly with the farmers, while exploring the wide array of natural fibres that are produced in Ontario.
She had the opportunity to speak with numerous community members, including students who have a passion for sustainable slow fashion.
