Leather Purse Workshop
Join us at the mill for a Leather Purse Workshop!
Kaspar Skinner brings his abundance of skill and knowledge in leathermaking to host this Leather Purse Workshop!
Put your cutting, sewing, and finishing skills to the test in this one-day class, where you’ll learn how to make a beautiful and stylish purse/clutch.
Learn how to interpret and draft a pattern, mark and cut components from a leather hide, punch stitch holes into leather, saddle-stitch leather using the traditional two-needle technique, and attach a shoulder strap.
Students will have a choice of leathers, hardware, and finishes to personalize their bag.
