The Celebratory Tartan was designed exclusively for the village of McKellar, in celebration of 150 years as a township. Only 150 will ever be made.
Large enough to be used as a blanket or furniture throw. Soft and drapey, perfect for a shawl or a large scarf.
100% Local Alpaca from Bear Den Farm on Balsam Rd and Kickin’Back Alpaca Ranch.
Natural colour – no dyes.
The tartan is now officially registered under the ‘Scottish Register of Tartans’ number 13,676.
Tartans are being woven continuously. As current stock is sold a $500 deposit will secure your Tartan number.
You will be notified when your Tartan is on the loom with an expected delivery date.
A limited edition. Each of the 150 throws is numbered and labelled for provenance.
